Unnecessary Subjectivity.

So i figured it was high time i actually wrote on this, for all of you who are still even using it? Is tumblr still cool at home? Or have the hipsters become too mainstream and we’ve all gone back to bebo? Talk to me. China is awesome, so awesome. I just re-read some of my old posts and it’s weird to know I’m actually here. Whoever is actually still using this, I miss you all lots! I’ve decided that first port of call when I come home (whenever that may be) is to have a fire and TeaVD night. After Nandos, a roast dinner and a meal at Zaks obviously.. YES. Life is going really well out here though, so I’m in no rush to get back. Apologies, I know you’re all missing my wit and sarcasm.

I’ve just spent the last 3 hours cutting up cardboard and sticking it to pictures of rabbits, to make the best kindergarten masks of all time. I think I’ve found my calling. Love my life.

So, today is Thursday. Tomorrow I get on a plane and fly to the other side of the world. Usually, I’m pretty much as organised as the Chinese army. However, all I want to do right now is sleep and eat chocolate. I should probably finish packing and check in online, but Masterchef is on iplayer - yes, I really am that girl, the one who’s actually a 60 year old woman at heart. So, for my (potentially) hilarious shenanigans and (again potentially, to avoid disappointment) exciting stories, I’ve decided to just keep my tumblr and try to keep a little blog going from overseas. I’ll be throwing up the peace sign in all of my photos (when in Rome..) and generally having a lovely old time. So if you fancy it, have a read. If not, don’t.

Firstly, I’m watching Dawn of the Dead. Awesome film. I’m slowly but surely feeling better after my scare with my chest infection. Definitely still nowhere near 100%, but I’m getting there.. slowly but surely! Things are looking up. 2 months until i go to China, two months. I’m so unbelievably nervous, I have so much responsibility this time! On the other hand, I’m so excited. I’ve only booked a one way ticket, so I can decide the rest of my plan from China onwards! Me thinks it’ll involve more travels, and I’m going to make them last for as long as possible. I’m so happy, knowing that I’ll experience backpacking again so soon! I LOVE MY LIFE.
